As stated in the terms, the home is being sold "As-Is." There are no known issues needing addressed, nor need of repairs known. The price already reflects extensive updates, including a new furnace and hot water heater. Buyers are welcome to conduct an inspection for their own informational purposes; however, the seller will not fund repairs.

The home is priced accurately based on recent comparable sales and recent capital improvements. All formal written offers will be reviewed prior to the September 19, 2026 deadline.

Yes. However, if you are working with an agent, any request for a buyer's agent commission must be included as a negotiable term written into your formal written purchase offer for the seller to consider.

In addition to emailing your mortgage pre-approval letter to secure your time slot, you must bring the physical, printed copy of your pre-approval letter with you.
